These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided on the banglabet platform. "Services" refers to the banglabet website, mobile application, and all betting, casino and entertainment activities available through them.

• The account is for your personal use only — betting or managing balances on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

banglabet may request identity documents or relevant proof at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Deposits, withdrawals or bonus benefits may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

banglabet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised activity on an account, unless it is caused by our own error.

The following methods are accepted for transactions on banglabet:

• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Your identity must be verified before any transaction. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile banking numbers are not accepted.

banglabet's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.

Additional bonus rules:

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus balance may only be used to bet on approved games.
• Transferring bonus balance is strictly prohibited.
• banglabet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• For VIP cashback, a set rate applies to the net loss for each week.

Once a bet is confirmed on banglabet, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, a bet may be cancelled or reconsidered in the following situations:

• A technical error or a clear mistake in setting the odds.
• A match or event is cancelled outside the scheduled time.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

In live betting, odds may change as the score or situation changes. The odds displayed before bet confirmation will be treated as final.

In multi-bets or combo bets, if one selection fails the entire bet will be counted as a loss.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on banglabet:

• Betting or playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

banglabet's VIP programme has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated on the weekly net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

VIP level progression depends on consistent activity and the level of participation on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account balance.

• Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
• Users may set their own deposit limits, betting limits or temporary breaks at any time.
